Please email the following to jill@cityrestorationandrevival.com:

1. A copy of your current driver's license

2. Your two most recent pay stubs or other proof of income/financial resources

3. If applicable, current vaccination records and a photo of your pet

Please Note: The Application Fee ($50/application) and Security Deposit must be received electronically before your application will be processed and background reports ordered.

Application fees are non-refundable. The security deposit is fully refundable if your application is not approved or the apartment is otherwise unavailable to you.
